You are purchasing the Moonsight Planning Lab Membership ("Program"). The following Agreement is the Terms of Service for this program. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree to the following terms, DO NOT provide your name, email address, and signature and do not click "Accept." By providing your details and clicking “Accept” or submitting your electronic signature, you are accepting the following Agreement, and you agree to and are bound by the following terms.


Parties: For purposes of this Agreement, you (the purchaser) are referred to as "Client." Seller is Coral Moon Media Ltd. (“Company”), a corporation duly organized under the laws of Alberta, Canada. Vanessa Perry, an authorized representative of Coral Moon Media Ltd., oversees delivery and fulfillment of this Program.

Term: The engagement of services begins on the date of purchase and ends one year later, unless renewed, in which another one-year term is set.


Company’s Services: Client has purchased Program, which includes: 12 Months of Access to all trainings, course materials, and content, monthly planning calls, monthly group calls, quarterly planning calls, digital copies of Moonsight Planner, a digital copy of Moonsight Digital Calendar and bonus courses.


Payment: Client agrees to pay a license fee of $1197 for 12 months of access through Paypal or Stripe or a monthly payment of $97/month for 12 months, unless discount otherwise stated on checkout page.

Enrollment automatically renews every 12 months. You will receive an email reminder at least 14 days before renewal. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your card annually unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime before renewal by emailing support@mysticbusinessschool.com

You are financially responsible for all purchases made by you or on your behalf. If you initiate or threaten a chargeback, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit agencies or treat it as a breach of contract. This could affect your ability to use our services in the future.


Termination: This Agreement does not allow for termination prior to the program end date. If Client chooses to end participation early, Client is still responsible for completing all payments. If Client does not wish to renew, they must send written notice to support@moonsightplanner.com no less than one week before the auto-renewal date. Company may also terminate access for breach of this Agreement.


Refunds: No refunds are offered once payment has been received. All sales are final.


Confidentiality: Any information discussed or any information either party comes to know during Company and Client’s one-on-one or group interactions is confidential. This does not include information shared in public forums, community spaces, or calls recorded for broader participant use. Confidential information may be disclosed only if waived by both parties in writing or required by law.


Media Release: By participating in the Program, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. These recordings may include your image, voice, and/or likeness, and may be used for educational or promotional purposes without compensation to you.


Request for Permission to Use Content: You agree not to use Company’s content or intellectual property without explicit written permission. Requests may be submitted to support@moonsightplanner.com.


License to Us: By submitting content in Program spaces (e.g., community forums, testimonials, images, or feedback), you grant Company an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content in perpetuity for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.


Viewing by Others: You understand that when you share in community forums, group calls, or public-facing posts, your information may be visible to others. The Company is not liable for how others may use or interpret this shared content.


Passwords: You may be issued a password or login credentials. You agree to keep these secure and not to share them with others. Any unauthorized sharing may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.


Technology Disclaimer: We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our content. However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or external platform failures. We are not liable for any delays, interruptions, or inability to access content due to these circumstances.


Intellectual Property Rights: All content, training materials, videos, PDFs, and downloads are the property of Company and protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own business use. Sharing, selling, or distributing content is strictly prohibited.


Information You Are Prohibited from Sharing: Client agrees not to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Company content. This includes but is not limited to sharing course materials with others who have not purchased access.


Security: Company uses best efforts to safeguard Client information. However, due to the nature of the internet, Client accepts that any information submitted online is done at their own risk.


Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk: Client acknowledges that success depends on many factors including personal commitment, background, and application. Client agrees to take full responsibility for their results and actions, and releases Company from any claims.


Disclaimer: The Program is educational and informational in nature. Company does not make guarantees about specific results or outcomes.


Medical Disclaimer: Company does not provide medical, mental health, or psychological services. Information shared is not to be interpreted as medical advice. Client is responsible for seeking care from qualified professionals.


Legal and Financial Disclaimer: Company does not offer legal, accounting, or financial advice. Information provided should not be relied upon as professional advice and Client agrees to consult their own professionals.


Earnings Disclaimer: There are no guarantees of financial or business success. Examples shared are not to be taken as guarantees or promises of results. Outcomes vary by individual.


Warranties: Company warrants that services will be provided in a competent and professional manner. EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.


Conduct: Client agrees to act respectfully and lawfully in all Program environments including calls, community platforms, and forums. Company reserves the right to revoke access without refund for disruptive behavior.


Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from Program participation, content misuse, or breach of Agreement.


Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company’s liability for any claims under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by Client. In no event shall Company be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.


Release of Claims: Client releases Company from all claims, including but not limited to those related to lost profits, injuries, delays, or interruptions arising from Program use.


Non-Disparagement: Client agrees not to make any statements or communications that may harm the reputation of Company or its affiliates. Company agrees to the same toward Client.


Assignment: Client may not assign or transfer this Agreement without prior written consent from Company.


Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Client and Company and supersedes all other agreements, oral or written.


Modification; Waiver: Any modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver.


Severability: If any term of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force.


Notices: All legal notices shall be sent via email to support@moonsightplanner.com or by mail to Company’s principal business address.


Dispute Resolution: Client agrees that any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally. If resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada, in accordance with the Arbitration Act. If Company prevails, Client agrees to reimburse all legal fees and associated costs.

Acceptance: To indicate your acceptance of the above Terms of Service, please either sign electronically or check the acceptance box provided. Your agreement constitutes a binding contract with Coral Moon Media Ltd. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.
