Retreat Attendee Agreement
This Retreat Attendee Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Coral Moon Media Ltd ("Organizer") and the individual registering for the retreat ("Attendee"). By paying for and/or attending the retreat, Attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Acknowledgment of Agreement


1.1. By clicking the checkbox and/or signing electronically, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Retreat Attendee Agreement.

1.2. The Attendee further agrees that this electronic acknowledgment constitutes a binding agreement, equivalent to a physical signature.

1.3. A copy of this Agreement will be provided electronically to the Attendee upon completion of their registration for their records.


2. Services


2.1. The Organizer will provide the services and activities outlined in the retreat program. Additional services, such as one-on-one sessions, may be available for an additional fee.

2.2. The Organizer will also provide meals during the retreat, where noted on the retreat sign up page. Meal plans are tentative and will be determined closer to the retreat date, with local caterers.

2.3. Dietary Accommodations: While the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, the Attendee acknowledges and agrees that:

It is the Attendee’s responsibility to inform the Organizer of dietary restrictions, limitations, or sensitivities within 10 days of the official announcement of the retreat menu.

The Organizer will do its best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee full satisfaction or prevention of adverse reactions.

The Organizer disclaims any liability for dissatisfaction or health issues arising from meals provided.



3. Payment Terms

3.1. The retreat includes two pricing options:

Option 1: Stay with the Organizer at an executive Airbnb

Early Bird Pricing: $1,597 (full payment) if paid by January 15, 2025.

Standard Pricing: $1,797 (full payment) if paid after January 15, 2025.

Payment Plan: Three installments of $555, available only if the first payment is made by January 15, 2025, with the full balance paid by or before March 15, 2025.

Option 2: Attend the retreat with self-arranged accommodations.

Early Bird Pricing: $897 (full payment) if paid by January 15, 2025.

Standard Pricing: $1,097 (full payment) if paid after January 15, 2025.

Payment Plan: Three installments of $333, available only if the first payment is made by January 15, 2025, with the full balance paid by or before March 15, 2025.

3.2. Payment Plan Terms:
Payments must be made on time, with the full balance paid by March 15, 2025.
Failure to complete payments by this date will result in forfeiture of the Attendee’s spot without a refund. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify Attendees before canceling their spot.

3.3. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.


4. Optional 1:1 Sessions


4.1. Optional Purchase: The Attendee may opt to purchase a 1:1 session package, which includes a 30-minute in-person session during the retreat and a 30-minute follow-up session conducted via Zoom.

4.2. Scope of Services: The Organizer provides these sessions for general guidance and educational purposes only. The information shared during these sessions does not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or business advice. The Attendee is solely responsible for determining how to use or act upon the information provided.

4.3. No Guarantees: The Organizer does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the 1:1 sessions.

4.4. Confidentiality: While the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the discussions, the Attendee acknowledges that these sessions are not subject to legally recognized privileges (e.g., attorney-client privilege or doctor-patient confidentiality).

4.5. Recording and Privacy: The Attendee agrees that the follow-up Zoom session may not be recorded without the explicit written consent of both parties.

4.6. Missed In-Person Sessions: If the Attendee fails to attend their in-person 1:1 session, the session will be deferred to an online Zoom session to be held after the retreat, due to time constraints during the retreat. No refunds will be issued for missed in-person sessions.

4.7. Scheduling and Cancellation of Follow-Up: The Attendee is responsible for scheduling their follow-up Zoom session within 30 days of the in-person session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to schedule or attend the follow-up session within this timeframe will result in forfeiture without refund.

4.8. No Refunds: All payments for 1:1 sessions are non-refundable, regardless of whether the follow-up Zoom session is completed.


5. Limitations of Liability


5.1. The Organizer disclaims all liability for actions taken or decisions made by the Attendee based on information shared during the optional 1:1 sessions. The Attendee acknowledges that these sessions are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional advice.


6. Behavior and Conduct


6.1. The Attendee agrees to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the retreat.

6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the retreat without a refund for behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.


7. Enhanced Media Release and Privacy

7.1. The Attendee grants the Organizer permission to capture photographs, videos, and other media of the Attendee during the retreat.

7.2. The Organizer has the right to edit, modify, and use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes in perpetuity, without compensation.

7.3. Photos or recordings of sensitive discussions or private group-sharing moments will not be taken or used without express consent from the participants involved.


8. Force Majeure

8.1. In the event of a force majeure, as defined herein, all payments made by the Attendee are non-refundable, and the Organizer will not be liable for any costs incurred by the Attendee, including travel expenses.


9. Indemnification

9.1. The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coral Moon Media Ltd, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the Attendee’s participation in the retreat.


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. In the event of a dispute arising under this Agreement, the parties agree first to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

10.2. Each party shall bear their own legal costs, fees, and expenses related to dispute resolution, including arbitration or litigation, and the Organizer shall not be responsible for the Attendee’s legal costs under any circumstances.


11. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer

11.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, natural disasters, or health concerns. In such cases, attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat or receive a partial refund, excluding non-refundable fees for planning and administration.


12. Governing Law

12.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.


13. Entire Agreement

13.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Coral Moon Media Ltd and the Attendee regarding the retreat and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or representations.


Signature
By registering for the retreat, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Both parties agree that electronic signatures are valid.
