You are purchasing access to The Seasonal Year (“Program”). The following Agreement outlines the Terms of Service for this Program.
Please read it carefully. If you do not agree to the following terms, DO NOT provide your name, email address, signature, or click “Accept.”
By providing your details and clicking “Accept,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Parties

For purposes of this Agreement, you (“Client”) are entering into a contract with Coral Moon Media Ltd. and Vanessa Corazon (“Company”).

2. Term of Access

Client receives access to the Program beginning on the date of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, access is granted for lifetime access to the modules, materials, and associated updates that Company explicitly chooses to include.

If an access period or expiration date is specified at checkout, that term supersedes this clause.

3. Company’s Services (What You Receive)

Client is purchasing access to The Seasonal Year online program, which may include:

Video trainings and lessons

Course materials and worksheets

Seasonal reference sheets, templates, and planning tools

Any bonus materials listed on the sales page

Any additional items Company chooses to add at its discretion

This Program does not include 1:1 support, coaching, done-for-you services, or access to other Company programs unless explicitly stated.

4. Payment

Client agrees to pay the fee listed at checkout through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or any other approved payment processor.

All sales are final.
Client is responsible for completing all payments if a payment plan is selected.

5. Termination

This Agreement does not allow for early termination by Client.
If Client stops participating or stops accessing the Program, no partial refunds or payment cancellations will be granted.

Company reserves the right to terminate Client’s access if Client violates the intellectual property terms, confidentiality, or community guidelines.

6. Refunds

No refunds are offered once payment is received, unless otherwise stated explicitly on the checkout page.

7. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared by either party in communication, support exchanges, or community interactions is confidential.

This does not include:

Information Client voluntarily shares publicly

Information previously known by either party

Information lawfully obtained by a third party

Information available publicly without breach

Confidential information may be shared only with written consent from both parties.

8. Release & Media Usage

Company may record audio, video, or screenshots during Program delivery (if applicable).
Client consents to the use of their likeness, voice, comments, or submitted materials for educational or promotional purposes, in perpetuity, unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Intellectual Property (IMPORTANT — PERSONAL USE ONLY)

All Program materials — including but not limited to videos, templates, worksheets, diagrams, slides, images, frameworks, formulas, proprietary concepts, and written content — are the intellectual property of Coral Moon Media Ltd. and Vanessa Corazon.

Client receives a single-user, personal-use-only license.

Client may NOT, under any circumstances:

Share, copy, or distribute Program materials

Resell, reproduce, or republish materials

Teach, train, or create derivative work based on the Program

Use the Program content in paid or free workshops, client sessions, courses, books, or social media content

Upload Program materials to public or shared drives

Provide access to assistants, contractors, teams, or third parties

Treat the materials as practitioner-level training

The Program is not a certification and does not grant Client the right to teach the Seasonal Year system or Moonsight methodology in any form.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the Program and legal remedy.

10. Non-Disparagement

Client agrees not to make negative or defamatory statements about Company, the Program, or associated services.
Company agrees not to disparage Client.

11. Assignment

Client may not assign or transfer their license or access to others.
This Agreement binds both Client and Company and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.

12. No Guarantee; Disclaimer
No Guarantees

Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results. Any statements about potential success are opinions only.

No Medical Advice

Program content is educational. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Client must seek professional support when needed.

No Legal or Financial Advice

The Program does not replace legal, tax, or financial counsel.

Earnings Disclaimer

Any financial examples are illustrative only. Client is responsible for implementing material and for their own financial outcomes.

13. Warranties

Both parties confirm they have authority to enter this Agreement.
Company warrants that services will be provided in a competent manner consistent with industry standards.
No other warranties are expressed or implied.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement and supersedes all prior negotiations or discussions.

15. Modification & Waiver

This Agreement may only be modified in writing by both parties.
A failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

16. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17. Limited Liability

Liability is limited to the price paid for the Program.
Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

18. Notices

All notices must be delivered by certified mail or confirmed email to the addresses provided by each party unless otherwise agreed.

19. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation (online or in Alberta) before pursuing any legal remedy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, with venue in Alberta.

If Company prevails in any dispute, Client agrees to pay Company’s legal fees.

I agree to the terms set forth above.

We offer a 7-day refund period for The Seasonal Year.

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to Module 1 and Module 2 only.
If you feel the program is not a good fit, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date by emailing:

To be eligible for a refund:

Your request must be received before the 7th day after purchase

You must contact us at the support email listed above

After we confirm your request, your access to the program will be revoked

After the 7-day period expires, all sales are final, and no refunds will be granted for any reason.

By purchasing The Seasonal Year, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
